Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM or 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
Lunch: 30-minute daily meal break
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Membership Records team. This position focuses strictly on high-volume, repetitive data entry and routine clerical tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a quiet, task-focused environment, excels at staying motivated through high-volume routine work, and takes pride in absolute accuracy.
While this is strictly a data entry role day-to-day, our organization values internal talent, and there is long-term room to grow within the company for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
Process high volumes of member updates, including adding new members and processing terminations.
Perform careful data entry and conduct statistical analysis on entered data to identify and correct errors.
Update member records based on notifications and reports received from vendors.
Assist with the physical assembly and organization of materials for membership events held throughout the year.
Maintain accurate database entries and carry out routine administrative task lists.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail and high accuracy in repetitive data entry tasks.
Task Orientation: Comfortable managing routine, highly detailed, and repetitive workload ("busy work") without losing focus.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight daily deadlines.
Self-Motivation: Able to stay on task, self-manage, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office and proprietary databases is a plus, but we will fully train you on MS Office and our LUMM Database.
