Position Summary
The Equipment Support Administrator offers direct support to the Equipment team as well as provides support for the ENTACT Operations Team nationwide.

Position Summary
The Equipment Support Administrator offers direct support to the Equipment team as well as provides support for the ENTACT Operations Team nationwide.
Essential Job Functions
- Utilize Equipment Databases for reporting and reference purposes.
- Auditing of equipment inventory.
- Maintain detailed records of asset location and condition.
- Track all equipment hours, services, and repairs.
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in equipment management software
- Generate equipment repair/purchase POs.
- Track and enter warranty information into Equipment Databases.
- Communicate/troubleshoot/escalate all issues with site personnel/management/service dealers.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) required.
- Working knowledge of database entry.
- Equipment 360/Viewpoint Construction Software experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced office environment.
- Detailed, organized, multi-tasking abilities, self-starter, and flexible.
