Duties
- Process warranty claims promptly and accurately in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate effectively with customers, service technicians, and suppliers to resolve issues
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions, including claim status updates and correspondence
- Coordinate with parts, service, and logistics teams to facilitate repairs or replacements under warranty terms
- Monitor warranty trends to identify potential product issues or recurring problems
- Ensure compliance with all warranty policies and regulatory requirements while providing exceptional customer service
Experience

- Proven experience in warranty administration or a related customer service role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interactions with customers and internal teams
- Computer skills

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
