Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support within the Human Resources department, focusing on recruitment, orientation, and various HR processes. The role involves managing candidate records, supporting internal and external recruiting efforts, processing employee information, assisting with new hire orientation and providing administrative support to other sub-departments within HR.

Summary

Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Recruitment & Applicant Tracking
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR platforms
- Keep requisitions up to date
- Post job descriptions internally and externally
- Assist the talent team in screening and sourcing candidates
- Assist in coordinating interviews with candidates and managers
- Attend career fairs to promote job opportunities
- Create orientation materials for new hires weekly
- Order breakfast and lunch for orientation
- Conduct new hire orientation
- I9 verification and E-Verify when required
- 30-day new hire check-ins
- Administer key fobs, name tags, and ID badges
- Process background checks, drug screenings, and OIG checks
- Perform reference checks
- Process status changes for internal promotions and transfers
- Process referral bonuses
- Create IT tickets for new hires and status changes (transfers, promotions, etc.)
- Verify that candidates possess the necessary credentials and qualifications for applicable positions
- Provide administrative support for other sub-departments within HR as needed
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies
- A positive, customer-oriented approach to both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables
