Strong pedagogical content knowledge and proficiency with educational technology are essential, as is a growth mindset. Ensworth typically hires candidates for the following lower school teaching positions: Kindergarten, Grades 1-5, World Language, Physical Education, Performing Arts and Visual Arts.
