What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping & Receiving Clerk position at Enstructure?
Job duties include checking truck drivers in and out, maintaining a daily schedule, creating and facilitating the paperwork for each truck and working closely with warehouse employees in the shipping and receiving process. This can be a high energy, fast-paced job. Being able to multi-task, staying calm under pressure and keeping a positive attitude are must haves.
Qualifications
We must also stress that this position requires someone that can work largely unsupervised and can always maintain a professional attitude and demeanor when dealing with supervisors, customers, co-workers, and other tenants within our cold storage and dry warehouses.
Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (overtime and weekends as needed).
Qualifications
- Customer Service experience
- Computer proficiency with MS Excel and word
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Must have great attention to detail and does not make simple mistakes through lack of consideration
- Must obtain High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work with a team
