The ideal candidate will be an experienced Inside Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience working with commercial and enterprise accounts, Field Account Managers, Cisco, and other networking vendors. This role will spend a significant amount of time selling Cisco solutions and complementary networking technologies, so an expert-level understanding of the Cisco sales process is required.
- Function as the central sales contact for our Field Sales Team and core customer base.
· Work extensively with Cisco Account Managers, Cisco partner resources, and other networking vendor teams to drive opportunities from qualification through close.
- Forge strong relationships with customers, external sales team, and other internal team members.
· Work closely with the aligned Field Sales Team to collectively own the sales quota. Understand and help efficiently manage the opportunity pipeline, ensuring sales forecasts are predictable, accurate, and consistently maintained.
- Collaborate with Field Sales, customers, vendors, and our internal teams through conference and team calls.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries proactively, resolving issues with a ‘complete-first-time’ attitude, delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Identify and capture new opportunities, moving them effectively through the sales pipeline.
- Source and develop comprehensive pricing quotes based on customers' IT requirements, including new hardware, software, and associated services.
- Assist in driving sales through customer engagement, ensuring you deliver against the tenets of world-class support.
- Proactively manage customer maintenance and support renewals.
- Ensure prompt and accurate entry of purchase orders and provide timely updates to customers and all relevant parties.
- Actively participate in team meetings to stay updated on product changes and business strategies.
- Actively participate in departmental initiatives and incentive programs.
· Create and maintain opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Customer Focus: Delivers exceptional customer experiences by anticipating needs, resolving issues proactively, and building trust-based, long-term relationships.

· Expert-level understanding of the Cisco sales process, including Cisco CCW, deal registration, quoting workflows, discounting, renewals, and partner engagement.
· Demonstrated experience selling Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, HPE, and other relevant networking and data center vendors.
· Deep understanding of vendor discount structures, partner programs, deal registration requirements, and quoting processes across networking and data center vendors.

· Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a corporate or office setting.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
· Minimum 3 years of customer service experience by phone and email, preferably serving as a liaison between inside sales, field sales, customers, and vendors.
- Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with vendors, partners, and other departments within a company.

Compensation:
· Base Salary: $50,000 plus quarterly Goals.
- · On target earnings range between $75,000 and $90,000
