We’re hiring an organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our day to day human resources operations. This is an in-office position based in Wheat Ridge, CO. In this role, you will support a broad range of HR and payroll related functions while helping ensure our employees and managers are set up for success. By maintaining accurate data, supporting compliance, and keeping key processes running smoothly, this position plays an important role in the company’s overall operations and growth. Responsibilities
As an HR Generalist at Ensolum, your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, and they will typically include the following:
- Own onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience from offer through separation
- Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS, payroll, and related systems, helping ensure decisions are based on reliable information
- Support payroll and benefits administration, including processing employee changes, deductions, and contributions
- Coordinate pre-employment and ongoing compliance activities, including background checks, drug and alcohol testing, and OSHA medical surveillance
- Monitor and track regulatory and client compliance requirements, helping the company stay audit-ready
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, providing timely and professional support
- Keep HR records organized and up to date, contributing to efficient operations and reporting
- Assist with benefits open enrollment, employee communications, and follow up
- Support employee engagement efforts and HR initiatives, including projects that enhance the employee experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems as the organization grows
Qualifications
We’re always looking for people who are self-motivated and learning-oriented. And to be considered for this role at Ensolum, you’ll also need a few more qualification requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- 0 to 2 years of HR or administrative experience
- Basic understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Pay range is $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience.
