Position Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. Greet everyone with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to providing assistance. Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members and departments.
- Support residents with day-to-day needs, including scheduling transportation, booking appointments, making reservations, and providing information about local events, attractions, and amenities.
- Manage all incoming phone calls, ensuring messages are accurately relayed to the appropriate staff.
- Help coordinate maintenance requests, manage deliveries, and respond to resident concerns promptly and effectively.
- Monitor entrances and common areas to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Adhere to all emergency and safety protocols as required.
- Ensure all guests comply with Enso Village’s visitor policy.
- Report any resident health or well-being concerns to the Health and Wellbeing Department in a timely manner.
- Foster open, respectful, and proactive communication with residents, families, and team members. Maintain accurate records of resident preferences, feedback, and special requests.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including handling mail, deliveries, and maintaining up-to-date records, databases, and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer-facing role—preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or senior living—is preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Calm and composed in emergency situations.
- Respect for the privacy and confidentiality of all community members.
- Professional appearance and demeanor always.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

- Ability to bend, stoop and kneel as necessary.
