About the Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic HR Services Assistant (Benefits) with an ownership attitude to support the Human Resources Department. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented HR Services Assistant to provide exceptional support across multiple HR functions, with a primary focus on benefits. This role requires a strong ability to manage inquires, resolve issues, other HR related tasks, and ensure a seamless employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support for employee inquiries regarding benefits-related matters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering timely and accurate information on benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all benefits-related processes and stay informed of updates to plans, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ensure customer service standards are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, paperwork, and documentation.
- Analyze data and trends to improve benefits-related processes and recommend enhancements.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Experience providing HR Services support across multiple functions, including onboarding, benefits, and records management.
- Proficiency with HR systems of record, ticketing systems, phone system, and Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to work independently as well within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- High level initiate with no task too large or too small.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and communication.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- 1 years’ experience as a HR Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus.
- Familiarity with a HRIS such as Workday preferred but not required.
- Organizational Skills
- Bachelors of Science in Human Resources Management or similar field a plus.

Additional Information
This full-time, non-exempt position will be based at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, California.
Salary: $26.00 - $29.00 DOE; may be eligible for bonus
