We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator / HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources and administrative functions in our San Clemente office. This is an in-office role ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to support person for HR operations and employee needs.
What You’ll Do
Provide administrative support to the HR team and leadership
Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and employee questions
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinate with benefits providers and external vendors
Assist with payroll-related data, reporting, and audits
Help ensure HR processes remain compliant and organized
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or Administrative professional with HR exposure
Hands-on experience with benefits administration and open enrollment is a strong plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS experience a plus)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
Trustworthy, professional, and service-oriented mindset
Experience & Education
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
2–5 years of HR or administrative experience
Experience Supporting Benefits, Payroll, Or Employee Relations Is Preferred

$70,000–$90,000 annual salary, depending on experience
