Role Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst, Network Operations. Reporting to the Director of Network Pricing Strategy, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about building structure and driving continuous improvement. As a key individual contributor, you will lead the development and management of our network optimization model, support strategic pricing decisions, and supervise a small team of two analysts.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the network optimization model to support pricing and operational strategies.
• Monitor network performance and develop feedback loops to inform pricing and routing decisions.
• Translate operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic pricing and network design.
• Collaborate with the Director of Network Pricing Strategy to align modeling outputs with broader business goals.
• Supervise and mentor two analysts, providing guidance on analytical approaches and professional development.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and sales to ensure pricing strategies are informed by real-time network dynamics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track model performance and business impact.

• Proven experience in pricing or operational strategy or similar analytical role.
• Strong quantitative analytical and data-driven mindset to support improvement initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in unstructured environments and drive structure.
• Ready to lead and develop a team.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Continuous improvement mindset and experience in workflow development.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in analytics, pricing, operations research, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI; some experience with SQL preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and improve complex models in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience translating data into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring junior analysts is a plus.
  
  

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000
