We are a growing life and health insurance sales company with 25 employees seeking a full-time Accountant to oversee all accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This role is responsible for the full accounting cycle.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in small-to-mid-sized business accounting environments.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with budgeting
- Provide financial reports and analysis to leadership
- Coordinate with external CPA for tax filings and annual reporting
Pay: $24.27 - $25.22 per hour
