Responsibilities:
- Work with the Production Team to prepare construction draws, owner change orders, subcontracts, and sub change orders.
- Follow up with sub W-9s and Insurance Certificates.
- Post construction draws and subcontracts in accounting software.
- Prepare backup documentation for construction draws.
- Perform other Accounting and Regulatory functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Controller.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two years of Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience desired.
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office suite and advanced Excel experience
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions/Environment:
- Normal office duties, filing and storage of records.
- Occasionally required to climb, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Capable of pushing, pulling or lifting up to 25 lbs.
