Duties
- Coordinate and schedule home care visits by matching clients with qualified caregivers based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules, adjusting for cancellations, emergencies, or last-minute requests
- Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and internal teams to confirm appointments and relay important information
- Monitor caregiver availability, track service delivery, and ensure timely attendance at scheduled visits
- Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly while maintaining a positive relationship with all parties involved
- Document all scheduling activities accurately within the company’s management system
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, clarifications, or concerns related to appointments or caregiver assignments
- Filling in for shifts with clients, as a companion, as a last resort, upon clients request.
Experience
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordinating, or administrative roles within healthcare or home care settings is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in scheduling software or management systems; familiarity with electronic health records is a plus
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt quickly to changing priorities or urgent requests
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving conflicts or issues as they arise

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
