Primary Duties
- Deliver hands‑on nursing care in a residential environment
- Carry out care plans developed for each individual client
- Measure, record, and report vital signs and patient progress
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Observe and report changes in health status to the supervising nurse or care team
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Provide care that respects client dignity, comfort, and independence
Required Qualifications
- Active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively while working independently
- Dependable transportation for travel between client homes
- Previous experience in home care or nursing services preferred, but not required
