Enriched Living is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate House Manager to lead one of our Adult Foster Care (AFC) homes located in Howard City, Rockford, Sparta, Grand Rapids, or Walker.

Jobrole
- Oversee daily operations of the AFC home to ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of caregivers
- Ensure quality resident care in alignment with care plans and licensing requirements
- Deliver resident care including passing medications, case manager meetings, etc
- Ability to understand and apply state policies. This position is heavily reliant on documentation skills both electronic and verbal
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state regulations
- Communicate effectively and professionally with families, staff, and leadership
- Foster a positive, team‐oriented culture within the home
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience, supervising teams of at least 4 employees
- At least 4 years of hands-on caregiving experience, preferably in an AFC or similar setting
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification preferred
- Excellent time management, organizational abilities and abilities to multitask
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively lead and support staff
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and structure
- A compassionate, dependable, and solutions‐focused mindset
