What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with daily living activities in a safe, respectful, home‐like setting
- Support personal care, hygiene, meals, and routines
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow individual care plans and documentation requirements
- Work as part of a supportive, team‐oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient individuals
- A genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
- Prior caregiving experience, including work with residents who have high medical needs and complex care requirements
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) experience or background strongly preferred
- Prior caregiving experience is helpful, and we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong foundational skills and compassion
