This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving sales of instrumentation process and control equipment. The role entails managing client relationships, offering technical insights, and fostering trust through outstanding customer service. Additionally, the representative will provide training and product knowledge to clients as part of the sales process.
- Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales to meet and exceed targets
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in delivering Training and technical presentations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
- Technical knowledge of instrumentation or process control equipment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales-related software beneficial
