We are seeking a driven, hands-on Machine Operator to join our ever-growing company and team.
We currently have 2 day shift positions with no shift differential and 1 graveyard position with a shift differential

Role And Responsibilities (includes But Not Limited To)
- Set-up and run various CNC machine tools
- Ensure all parts produced meet specs of print using proper measurement tools
- Ability to work within very close tolerances
- Read and follow drawings & job work instructions
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Load and indicate part to fixture
- Monitor tool wear, load tools and inserts as required
- Candidate will possess strong communication skills
- Have excellent work ethic; being open to working overtime if the need arises
- Can work in a fast-paced environment, and meet time deadlines
- Must be able to read and understand drawings and handle measuring equipment
- Must have knowledge of CNC milling/ lathe machines
- Basic computer skills such as e-mailing, opening, and printing documents and navigating windows/internet explorer.

- Ability to lift 35 pounds by self in safe manner
- Ability to use lifting assist
