What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Selector - Shipping position at Enpro Inc.?
This position will have primary responsibility for selecting customer orders and the ability to cross-train in processing orders as well. This role plays a key part in our daily shipping operations, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer expectations. Colleague must be detail-oriented, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do
- Perform shipping-related tasks including order picking, packing, labeling, and staging for shipment
- Handle products across various lines such as leather goods, seal assemblies, hubcaps, hubodometers, diversified products, and DataTrac
- Operate within established safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation as needed
- Ability to operate a material handling equipment

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, warehouse, or production environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Moderate physical effort includes lifting, bending, and reaching
- Manual dexterity and mobility required
- Visual acuity for detailed work
