NOW HIRING: Warehouse Order Selectors

Location: Tyler, TX
Shift: 7:00 AM – Until Job Completion (8–11 hour days)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $16.50–$17.00/hr (with raise after conversion)

Are you experienced in warehouse work and ready to join a fast-paced, high-energy team? We’re hiring Order Selectors for a busy warehouse in Tyler, TX!

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull products from storage to fulfill customer orders
• Inspect items to ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare, organize, and stage items for shipment
• Work closely with the team to meet daily order and production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Be flexible and adapt to shifting priorities or order changes
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse/order pulling experience required
• MUST KNOW HOW TO OPERATE A RIDER PALLET JACK
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to stand, walk, and lift throughout an 8–11 hour shift
• Excellent communication and adaptability
