We process nearly one billion pieces of mail annually and have evolved from a traditional commercial printer into one of the nation's leading digital print and variable data production partners.
ENPOINTE recently acquired Digital Lizard, a multi‑location operation with facilities in New Jersey, Idaho, and Las Vegas. Accounting for these locations is being centralized in Brooklyn Park. This position is available due to that expansion and will support multi‑entity financials, consolidations, and month‑end close.POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant with strong experience in General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, month‑end close, and multi‑entity reconciliations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General Ledger & Month-End Close (Primary Focus)
- Prepare and post journal entries across multiple companies
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Review and validate transactional accuracy
- Manage intercompany transactions and eliminations
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and prepare monthly depreciation entries
- Prepare monthly financial statements for individual entities
- Support consolidated reporting across all ENPOINTE and Digital Lizard locations
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end close
- Analyze and explain variances to management
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
- Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and internal controls
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Provide limited backup assistance to AP/AR (not a primary focus)
- Reconcile postage accounts and customer deposits
- Support the company's ISO Quality Management System
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with GL or financial reporting responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work across multiple entities and meet closing deadlines
