What you’ll do as a Customer Service Representative:
- Answer inbound calls from customers to provide them with accurate product and service information
- Follow-up on all customer requests via phone, chat and email
- Provide loan extensions and process loan payments
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls, chats or issues
- Provide a high level of service to our callers to ensure they understand the loan process, and to create referral

Pay and Benefits:
$16.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn a performance based bonus!
This is a Full-time, permanent position! This is a direct hire position.

- Schedule 1: Sun 9:00a-5:30p, Mon-Thu 11:15am - 8:00pm
- Schedule 2: Tues-Fri 11:15am-8:00pm, Sat 9:00am-5:30pm
- Schedule 3: Sun & Sat 9:00am-5:30pm, Mon, Tues, Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
- Schedule 4: Sun & Sat 9:00am-5:30pm, Mon, Thurs, Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
*Hours are CST (Central Standard Time)
