Enova International is hiring! We provide a pay rate of $17.00/hr, coupled with a quarterly performance bonus and various other incentive programs. This role is entirely remote; however, candidates must reside within 100 miles of either Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT.

About the role:
Enova operates multiple consumer lending brands, each featuring distinct offerings and customer criteria. In the role of an Application Support Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive three-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. Following the completion of training, you will handle a significant volume of inbound calls, engaging with potential customers to aid them in their loan application process.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage incoming calls, adeptly assisting customers in navigating the loan application process
  • Educate customers by explaining the distinctive features and advantages of Enova's products and services
  • Initiate proactive outreach to customers as needed, encouraging them to finalize their loan application
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication
  • Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a call center setting is preferred
  • Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
  • Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types
  • Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively

About the role:

As a Loan Processor, you will specialize in a specific brand through our comprehensive 3-week training program. Following training completion, your main responsibility will be processing loan applications, overseeing every loan in your assigned pipeline from initial submission to approval status.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a queue of loan applications, ensuring compliance with established quality standards for processing
  • Initiate outbound calls to customers to verify details on loan applications and collect additional information if required
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently through phone, email, or fax communication channels
  • Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a call center setting is preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices

Compensation:
The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.00. Additional compensation for this role may include bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail at enova.com/culture

 

Shifts available (Central Time):

  • Sun 10:00am-6:30pm, Mon-Thur 11:15am-8:00pm
  • Tue-Fri 11:15am-8:00pm, Sat 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Tue-Fri 10:00am-6:45pm, Sat 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Mon-Fri 11:15am-8:00pm
