What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inbound Call Center Representative position at Dash Medical Gloves?
DASH Medical Gloves is looking for a dependable customer service representative with a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience. A strong customer service/call center/sales background is preferred but willing to train a driven individual that can help our team achieve new heights.
Our Customer Success team handles customer inquiries and customer orders while navigating multiple system screens and accurately documenting accounts. You will recommend products based on customer needs, sends requests to appropriate departments to complete customer transactions and other customer service related activities.
Shifts will include two 8am - 4:30pm days and three 9am to 5:30pm days. The schedule will be consistent once set.
Essential Skills for this Position:
- Passionate about helping customers
- Ability to effectively listen and elicit information
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple computer screens while working on the phone
- Ability to maintain professional etiquette under pressure
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently when inboud calls are light.
- Detail oriented with fast and accurate typing skills.
- Record of great attendance and punctuality
- Bilingual and/or sales experience a huge plus!
