Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $17/hour Performance Bonuses
Estimated Annual Earnings: $35,000–$40,000
Locations Available: New Bedford & Cape Cod

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, referral sources, and team members

• Manage incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidential records

• Coordinate documentation and scheduling needs

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent patient care

• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous customer service and/or data entry experience preferred

• Typing and 10-key proficiency

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and resolve issues professionally
