Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Client Care Representative role located in Durham, NC. The Client Care Representative will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Tasks include scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, providing accurate information about services, and addressing client needs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining detailed records, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the medical team, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the hospital.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills with the ability to build positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on resolving inquiries effectively and empathetically.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency with computer systems and office software is preferred.
• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal handling is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment while delivering exceptional service to clients and their pets.
