Manufacturing Lead - Stamping (Internal Candidates Only)

Job Summary 

The Shift Team Lead in Attleboro, MA is responsible for providing support and assistance for their department. This person will ensure production goals are met, assist in supervising their team, and resolve issues. The Shift Team Lead will collaborate with their team and demonstrate Interplex’s values of accountability, teamwork, and integrity.

Main Responsibilities 

• Coordinate workflows
• Ensure Production goals are met safely and efficiently
• Managing the team, as well as serve as their first point of contact 
• Communicate plans to team
• Train and onboard new employees

• Occasionally, this person may handle unexpected issues
• Step in for absent team members
• Manage escalated customer concerns
• Lead shift meetings as needed
• Manage attendance
• Track and document relevant information such as safety incidents, employee performance, and quality

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent 
• Experience in chemical etching
• 2 Years of manufacturing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills
• Basic technical and computer skills
