What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse - MidShift FT position at Enlightened Recovery?
At Enlightened Recovery, we provide exceptional medical and clinical services. We are seeking Mid-Shift Full-Time Registered Nurses. Experience in a Detox setting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Mid-Shift may include night shift differential when applicable.
- Engages in team interaction for care coordination/discharge planning.
- Collects and records data in a comprehensive accurate and systematic manner.
- Indicates and completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours of patients’ admissions.
- Assesses clients’ needs to see a provider for H&P, discharge, and if needed for medications or illness.
- Performs clinical nursing activities in a safe, professional manner.
- Evaluates the impact of therapeutic interventions upon a therapeutic milieu.
- Works collaboratively with Multidisciplinary Treatment Team.
