We are hiring a Manager, Brand Partnerships to drive new business across the Enjoy ecosystem.
Reporting to the VP of Brand Partnerships, this role will focus on prospecting, pitching, and closing integrated brand partnerships across studio shows, YouTube, live events, podcasts, and social content.
This is a high-ownership, quota-carrying role designed for an experienced seller who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to help scale a growing media company.
- Prospect and close new brand partnerships across digital, studio, and experiential inventory.
- Build and manage a disciplined outbound pipeline focused on generating meaningful net-new partnerships.
- Own and grow a defined book of business across key brand and agency relationships.
- Build integrated campaign packages spanning YouTube, podcasts, social, live shows, and branded series.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Brand Partnerships on deal strategy and category expansion.
- Work cross-functionally with production and creative teams to execute campaigns successfully.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Builds and manages a strong outbound pipeline.
- Closes meaningful multi-platform brand partnerships in year one.
- Plays a meaningful role in accelerating overall team revenue growth.
- Operates with autonomy and strong accountability.
- 5-9 years in brand partnerships, sports media sales, or integrated marketing.
- Demonstrated success building outbound pipeline and generating net-new business.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing meaningful multi-platform deals.
- Strong brand and/or agency relationships across relevant categories.
- Experience selling across digital, social, and experiential media.
- Deep understanding of creator-led and talent-driven media ecosystems.
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy and ownership in a founder-led, high-growth environment.
- Passion for sports and culture; basketball knowledge is a plus.
