Join Our Team as a Residential Program Specialist
Are you a seasoned Program Specialist with a strong background in delivering person-centered care to adults with developmental disabilities? We’re seeking a dedicated team member to lead our residential programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant ODP standards, including the critical 6400 and 6100 regulations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development and management of individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Organize group activities and community outings to foster social engagement and independence.
- Maintain strict adherence to state and agency policies, especially ODP guidelines related to residential habilitation.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive services.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, using data insights to implement improvements.
- Mentor and train staff, promoting best practices and ongoing professional development.
- Manage staff schedules and oversee team performance to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and updates in regulations to continuously enhance program quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds at least an associate's, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- Brings a minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory role within a residential habilitation setting, specifically as a Program Specialist.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of ODP regulations, with a focus on 6400 and 6100 standards.
- Skilled in designing and implementing tailored service plans for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communicator, able to build rapport with residents, families, and team members.
- Experienced in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform program adjustments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and relevant data systems.
- Highly organized, capable of juggling multiple priorities with independence and professionalism.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
