- Responsible for maintaining sanitary condition of dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans
- Maintains temperatures and ensures dishwasher has appropriate soap and drying agents
- Contributes to a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment at all times
- Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
- Stocks delivered food and non-food items
- Empty and clean garbage bins and breakdown of all boxes
- Keeps kitchen floors clean (sweep and mop) and empty trash cans
- Cleans worktables, equipment, walls, refrigerator, and other food prep surfaces
- Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment
- Restock towel dispensers and soap dispensers
- Assist with food preparation as needed including washing, cutting, preparing and clean up
- Be flexible with other duties as assigned
