Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces to achieve a high-gloss finish.
- Conduct interior detailing tasks such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery to ensure a spotless environment.
- Drive vehicles safely to various locations within the facility or for customer service needs.
- Maintain cleanliness in the detailing area, ensuring all tools and equipment are organized and in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Assist with custodial duties as necessary to uphold a clean work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results consistently.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques and products used in automotive care.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving vehicles during detailing services.
