We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver high-impact solutions across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions
- Perform data analysis using SQL to validate business scenarios
- Create process flows, use cases, and system diagrams
- Support API integrations and document request/response structures
- Collaborate with QA teams for test case validation and UAT support
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in processes
- Assist in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming
️ Required Skills
- Strong experience as an IT Business Analyst (3–5 years)
- Experience in one or more domains: Banking, Finance, Retail, Healthcare, Insurance
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Postman, Swagger
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in digital banking / payments / Retail / Insurance / Healthcare or financial systems
- Knowledge of data mapping and system integrations
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
