We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Scientist with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with data, building models, and generating insights to support business decision-making across domains such as Retail, Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Build and deploy machine learning models for prediction and classification tasks
- Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights
- Validate and monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
- Work closely with engineering teams to deploy models into production
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and data modeling
- Experience with SQL and working with large datasets
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in one of the following domains:
- Retail (customer analytics, recommendation systems)
- Banking / Finance (fraud detection, risk modeling)
- Healthcare (patient data, predictive analytics)
- Insurance (claims analytics, underwriting models)
- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience deploying models using APIs or cloud services
