The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for client management, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, team leadership, and coordination with public stakeholders while ensuring successful project delivery on a complex and highly visible civic development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through completion
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership groups, municipal agencies, design teams, and key stakeholders
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and field coordination
- Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout project execution
- Mentor project management staff and contribute to overall team development
- Ensure successful delivery of project objectives related to schedule, budget, and client satisfaction
Preferred Background:
- 10 years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Experience managing large-scale public, municipal, institutional, healthcare, higher education, or life science projects
- Proven ability to manage projects valued at $50M from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong financial management, scheduling, and client-facing leadership experience
- Experience working with public owners, municipalities, and complex stakeholder groups is highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
