A leading General Contractor is looking for a Senior Preconstruction Manager to help lead complex commercial projects throughout DFW. This is a senior-level role with ownership of the full preconstruction process, strong resources, flexibility, and a clear path into leadership.
The Opportunity
- Lead preconstruction on projects up to $150M from early design through GMP and turnover to operations
- Drive cost planning, constructability, VE, design coordination, scheduling, and preconstruction strategy
- Serve as a key partner to owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners
- Lead and mentor estimating teams while partnering closely with operations
- Projects across healthcare, industrial, higher education, corporate, hospitality, mixed-use, and other commercial sectors
- Strong local DFW pipeline with limited travel
What They're Looking For
- 10 years of estimating/preconstruction experience with a General Contractor
- Strong commercial experience required, ideally across healthcare, industrial, and other complex commercial projects
- Proven experience leading projects through the full preconstruction lifecycle
- Strong client-facing, leadership, GMP, constructability, and estimating experience
