Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met
- Manage purchasing, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation
- Coordinate with field superintendents and subcontractors to drive progress and maintain safety
- Monitor job costs and profitability throughout the life of the project
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee project scheduling, startup, QA/QC, commissioning, and warranty tracking
- Review and manage contracts, proposals, and change orders
- Host internal coordination meetings and lead project reporting efforts
- Support and mentor project engineers, promoting technical and professional development
- Participate in project closeouts and document lessons learned for future improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Track record of mechanical construction project management experience
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, piping, and mechanical system installation
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing projects valued at $mm annually is preferred
- Comfortable interfacing with owners, GCs, field teams, and executive leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management software experience a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution abilities
- Collaborative mindset and a drive to deliver quality work with integrity
