As the business continues to grow, they're looking to add a talented Firmware Engineer to their engineering team.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop embedded software that powers next-generation energy systems used to improve grid reliability, efficiency, and resilience.
As a Firmware Engineer, you'll play a key role in the development of embedded software for advanced power electronics and control systems. Working alongside electrical, hardware, controls, and systems engineers, you'll help design, implement, and validate firmware that enables high-performance power conversion products from concept through production.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for real-time control systems.
- Develop software in C/C for microcontrollers and embedded processors.
- Implement and optimize communication protocols and peripheral interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with hardware and power electronics engineers during system design and integration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing embedded firmware using C/C .
- Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and real-time software development.
- Experience working with communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, or Ethernet.
- Experience debugging embedded systems using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other laboratory equipment.
