An established and rapidly growing Connecticut-based developer and construction company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the field operations on a large-scale mixed-use development that will shape the community for years to come.

What You'll Be Building
This flagship mixed-use development includes a blend of:
- Luxury multifamily residential
- Retail and restaurant space
- Public gathering areas
- Community amenities
- Site infrastructure and future expansion phases
This is not a short-term assignment, it's an opportunity to become part of a long-term development program with multiple phases and future projects already in the pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through close out.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain project schedules while proactively identifying and resolving field challenges.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, ownership, design teams, and inspectors.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce all OSHA and company safety standards.
- Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications.
- Drive a collaborative, solutions-focused culture on the jobsite.
What We're Looking For
- 7 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
- Experience leading ground-up commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, retail, hospitality, or large commercial developments.
- Strong scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management skills.
- Ability to maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
