Electrical Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot electrical failures on production equipment
Diagnose issues with 480V through 13.8kV electrical systems
Repair motors, motor controls, starters, contactors, relays, and transformers
Troubleshoot variable frequency drives (VFDs)
Diagnose phase loss, voltage imbalance, ground faults, short circuits, and relay failures
Troubleshoot furnace electrical systems, burner controls, ignition systems, and temperature controls
Service servo motors, encoders, and positioning systems used throughout production
Preventive Maintenance
Perform scheduled electrical PMs throughout the facility
Inspect electrical panels, switchgear, MCCs, relays, and contactors
Conduct predictive maintenance using thermal imaging to identify issues before failures occur
Calibrate instrumentation including load cells, industrial scales, and flow meters
Maintain detailed work orders and preventative maintenance records within the CMMS
Equipment Installation & Upgrades
Install new electrical equipment and production machinery
Assist with commissioning new manufacturing equipment
Retrofit older equipment with updated PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and control panels
Configure and tune automation systems for optimal performance
Install and maintain industrial lighting, UPS systems, and emergency shutdown equipment
Support plant-wide energy efficiency and electrical improvement projects
