Our client is looking for an experienced leader to join a growing Institutional Advisory Services team. What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Institutional Advisory Services team, ensuring exceptional client service and consistent execution.
- Manage, mentor, and develop consultants and client service professionals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to institutional clients, including retirement plans and nonprofit organizations.
- Oversee retirement plan advisory engagements, including investment reviews, fiduciary reporting, governance processes, and committee support.
- Partner with senior leadership on business development initiatives, prospect engagement, proposal development, and new client onboarding.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement, CRM utilization, and service delivery best practices.
- Collaborate across the organization on strategic initiatives, marketing efforts, and client relationship expansion opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to fiduciary standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Lead client education and advisor training initiatives that enhance engagement and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 7 years of experience in institutional retirement plan consulting, advisory services, client management, or related fields.
- Proven success developing and growing institutional client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), defined benefit plans, collective investment trusts (CITs), and institutional investment solutions.
- Deep knowledge of fiduciary responsibilities, ERISA regulations, and retirement plan governance.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship management skills, with experience engaging executive leadership, boards, and investment committees.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and data-driven business development processes.
- Active Series 65 license required.
- AIF®, CRPS®, or similar industry designation preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
