I’m partnering with a highly respected design firm in Denver that is looking to add a Construction Administrator to their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their AEC career who wants to get more hands-on exposure to the construction phase of projects while working closely with internal design teams, contractors, and architects.
The role will focus on supporting construction administration efforts across a variety of project types, including:
• Reviewing and responding to RFIs
• Coordinating equipment submittals
• Performing site observations and writing observation reports
• Supporting change order and contractor document review
• Assisting with pre-design site observations
• Supporting electrical commissioning efforts
• Helping ensure projects are executed in alignment with design intent
Ideal background:
• Degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• OR 5 years of experience with an electrical contractor
• Experience in the AEC industry
• Exposure to construction documents, drawings, RFIs, submittals, or field coordination
• Electrical/building systems knowledge preferred
• Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organization
This role is based in Denver with a salary range of roughly $85k–$100k, strong benefits, bonus potential, professional development opportunities, and a condensed work week.
