- 5 years of estimating experience with a subcontractor or GC
- Experience estimating commercial interiors, carpentry, or renovation projects preferred
- Strong understanding of conceptual estimating, budgeting, and competitive bidding
- Ability to build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, team-first environment with long-term growth potential
