As Business Systems Manager, you’ll play a central role in optimizing and integrating the digital ecosystem that supports the company’s operations nationwide. You’ll take charge of the company’s enterprise systems, ensuring seamless operation across platforms such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, SharePoint, QuickBooks, and Microsoft 365.
Beyond managing what exists, you’ll have autonomy to reimagine how technology drives the business — building smarter workflows, connecting data sources, and embedding automation across departments.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee integration, configuration, and maintenance of core business systems.
- Eliminate data silos and create unified, automated workflows.
- Develop documentation, architecture diagrams, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with finance, engineering, and project teams to align systems with company goals.
- Build dashboards and real-time reports to empower smarter decisions.
- Identify opportunities for automation in scheduling, reporting, and workflows.
- Champion continuous innovation and AI adoption across the organization
- Lead by influence — guiding teams through change with empathy and clarity.
- Manage vendors, system budgets, and ongoing improvements.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in business systems management, IT operations, or process automation.
- Proven ability to integrate and optimize Software platforms.
- Strong analytical and BI/reporting skills.
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, or similar).
- Knowledge of accounting systems and data governance best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
