Position Overview:

We are seeking an Assurance Senior to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing audit engagements, mentoring staff, and building strong client relationships. You’ll work on a variety of clients across industries, gaining exposure to complex accounting issues and broadening your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Supervise, mentor, and review work of staff auditors.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation in accordance with GAAP.
• Identify accounting and auditing issues, propose solutions, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Assist with business development and client retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred).
• CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA licensure.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of public accounting experience in audit/assurance.
• Strong technical accounting and auditing knowledge.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
