- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards for 3rd grade
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and supported

- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support the overall goals of the school and district
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education
- Teaching certification in Iowa
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with technology and its integration into the classroom
