Job Summary
Engleqwood Health seeks an experienced carpenter to performs general routine maintenance and servicing operations throughout the hospital complex and other areas as directed. Working under the direct supervision of the Lead Carpenter and Maintenance Manager, this role responds to emergencies and routine calls in a timely manner. The ideal candidate must have skilled knowledge of carpentry and general maintenance items and the ability to meet the physical demands of the position. A general knowledge and understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical trades is required, along with adherance to Facilities Department and Englewood Health policies. Exceptional communication skills are necessary to interact with members of the administration, leadership, frontline team, patients and visitors.

- A minimum of two (2) years of recent commercial carpentry experience required
- Familiarity with hand and electrical tools required
- Ability to abide by all safety policies, including but not limited to wearing proper PPE when the required
- Effective communication with peers and management
- Strong ability to work in a team environment
- High school graduate, technical school graduate or equivalent in documented years of experience
- Minimum rate:** $18/hour
