Job Summary

Responsible for the delivery of respiratory care services to the in-patient, out-patient, clinic, and emergency room population. In addition, responsible for participation in and/or the development of departmental policy and procedure formulation and quality improvement activities.

Job Qualifications

• A minimum of five (5) years of respiratory therapist experience required
• Prior experience as a Lead Respiratory Therapist required
  
  

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required
  
  

License/Certification/Registry

• NJ Respiratory Therapist License
• Certified accepted; Registered preferred
• BLS Certification (issued by AHA or ARC)

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources. Compensation Range: $115,000 - $125,000 annually
